Who can apply for a Press Pass?
Journalists (including freelance journalists) for recognised:

  • Journals, magazines and news publications
  • News agencies
  • Broadcast media
  • Web publications

The Organisers of IUMI 2016 reserve the right to refuse a free press pass.


The press room at the Conference Venue will provide a comprehensive range of services to support you.
It will be open to media representatives who have registered with provision of recognised press credentials *.
It will be not open to representatives of commercial sponsors, e.g. PR or marketing personnel.

* A press card issued by a recognised institute of journalists or union, or equivalent proof of employment by a publication or broadcaster. Business cards alone are not acceptable. Freelance journalists are invited to bring a letter of intent from the editor of a recognised publication, examples of previous publications and identification.
